Cashco Now Has USCG Approved Flame Arrestors!
Model PGR-1 is high performance, pressure loaded diaphragm type, flow-to-open pressure reducing regulator. Design includes an internal pressure balancing piston-cylinder that provides high flow capacity. The internal trim design allows the same basic unit to cover a broad range of pressure settings. PGR-1 can be internally piloted for ease of skid monuting.
The Model 1078 is a pilot-operated valve, specifically designed to reduce blanketing gas losses on low pressure storage tanks. It opens and closes automatically as required, to maintain a closely controlled blanket pressure. The simple design, increases reliability and lowers maintenance cost.
The patented Axius is a reverse-acting, high operating ratio rupture disc, which boasts many new innovations in rupture disc technology. Fike's Axius rupture disc has a unique “line of weakness” on the dome of the disc instead of a score line. Axius is the only 95% operating ratio disc with a completely smooth surface, preventing accumulation of process media.
The Fike Axius SC rupture disc was specifically designed for the stringent sanitary and aseptic requirements of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The Axius SC was developed with Fike's revolutionary G2 technology to provide superior cycling capability, and incorporates 95% operating ratio. It is free of any and all indentations, crevices, or other design features that may trap process contaminants.
The Fike RD500 ATLAS is a reverse-acting scored rupture disc, suitable for the most challenging industrial pressure relief applications. Utilizing Fike’s patented G2 Manufacturing Technology, this rupture disc is pre-engineered and will provide highly accurate and reliable overpressure protection. Available in 1" - 42" size range, and incorporates ZERO percent manufacturing range as well as 95% operating ratio capability as standard.
The RCT 1000 Coriolis mass flow meter identifies flow rate by directly measuring fluid mass over a wide range of temperatures with a high degree of accuracy. For fluids consisting of two liquids or a liquid with suspended solids, this system can derive the concentration and mass of each fluid based on the density measurement. The unobstructed, open-flow design makes it suitable for a variety of fluids, such as slurries and other viscous, nonconductive fluids.
JMG Magnetic Level Gauges are a safe, economical way to measure and control level through a wide range of process pressures, temperatures, and fluids. Each component of the JMG (chamber, float, and indicator) has been engineered to improve on existing designs to ensure reliable, maintenance-free operation right out of the crate. The JMG can be coupled with an MGT magnetostrictive level transmitter and/or any Jogler level switch to provide control outputs configured to specific customer needs.
Designed for systems engineers to quickly troubleshoot problems and verify performance during system commissioning and diagnostics, the Dynasonics® DXN portable clamp-on ultrasonic meter by Badger Meter is the perfect tool for any jobsite.
Easy to install by clamping onto the outside of the pipe, the DXN measures flow using non-invasive ultrasonic sensors. Its portability makes it an excellent choice formeasuring flows throughout the plumbing infrastructure to verify sensor, pump and valve performance.
The SEVA is our next generation Smart Electric Valve Actuator that provides our customers with an electric actuator with best-in-class features. The SEVA 100 is designed for extreme conditions with military grade components while providing the accuracy and repeatability the market demands. The SEVA 100 is for 1/4" through 1" Research Control® Valves.
Perma-Cal® gauges feature a unique helically-wound Bourdon tube attached directly to the pointer shaft. This design is otherwise known as Direct Drive. Having only one moving part minimizes the effects of shock, vibration, pulsation and wear. Our gauges contain none of the primary culprits contributing to the premature failure of C-Tube gauges.
ZWICK TRI-CON valves incorporate a unique third offset with a 25-degree incline, eliminating the friction between the laminated seal ring and the body seat. The resulting camming action allows the stainless and graphite laminated seal ring, with a corresponding 25-degree inclined surface, to seat into an inclined 25-degree body seat. The result: true cone-in-cone seating and reliable zero-leakage performance.
The Cashco Model 7C00 is an unstable/over-driven detonation flame arrestor type II. It is a device that can be fitted to the opening of an enclosure or to the connecting pipe work of a system of enclosures. Its primary function is to allow the flow of gases or vapor of flammable liquids through the enclosure, but prevent the transmission of a flame. The element inside the housing provides an extinguishing barrier to the ignited vapor mixture by absorbing heat from the flame. The Model 7C00 is used as an independent safety system to ensure explosion protection. The Model 7C00 is designed, manufactured, and tested according to Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), part 154, Appendix A for USCG approved application.
The Cashco Model 3200 vent provides pressure and vacuum relief in applications that require vapors to be piped away. TECHNIQUE Weight loaded pallets on the pressure and vacuum sides of the vent open and close to allow the discharge of vapors to the outlet piping or the intake of air necessary to maintain the tank pressure within permissible limits to avoid damage to the tank. Virtually eliminates the intake of air and the escape of vapors, except during normal tank breathing, thus reducing product loss. The entire product family is available in weight loaded, spring loaded (settings above 3 PSIG), as well as pilot operated for header systems or higher operating ratio requirements.
The Cashco Model 1049 offers the best pilot operated vent technology on the market today. The unit allows for bubble tight seat leakage until the pilot starts to exhaust. At that time, the vent starts to opens and is fully open at 10% over pressure. Unlike non-pilot operated units that requires substantial over pressure in order to obtain full lift. On the model 1049 the blow-down is limited and the valve re-seats at set point, where the non-pilot operated units will go below set point in order to re-seat. When non-pilot operated vents stay open longer to re-seat, additional venting of tank vapors occur and possibly N2 consumption rises. In addition to this feature, the Model 1049 does not allow back pressure in the connected header system to effect the set point of the device like a weight loaded device. The pilot controlling the opening of the vent is independent of the header pressure and eliminates this problem. It should be noted that if the header pressure is higher than the tank pressure the free floating pallet design of the model 1049 will not allow the pallet to open therefore preventing possible back flow into the tank.
